By engaging with Grafify through platforms such as Discord or Facebook Messenger, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all purchases and use of our hosting services.
Service Description
Grafify provides Minecraft server hosting for users in Bangladesh. We operate without a website login or automated user panel. All orders, credentials, and communication are handled through Discord or Messenger.
Account & Server Access
As there is no login system, server credentials will be delivered directly via Discord or Messenger. You are fully responsible for the security and proper use of these credentials.
Misuse, attempts to exploit, or abuse of any part of our service will result in immediate termination of your server and a permanent ban from Grafify's services. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Content & Usage Guidelines
By using Grafify services, you agree not to:
- Host or distribute pirated software or copyrighted content
- Violate Minecraft's EULA or applicable laws
- Host malicious or harmful content
- Attempt to disrupt or exploit the hosting infrastructure
Violations may lead to immediate service termination without prior notice or refund.
Payments and Refund Policy
All payments must be made in full before services are delivered. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, service misuse, or user dissatisfaction.
This policy is enforced due to the nature of technical provisioning and the digital nature of our services.
Service Availability and Changes
Grafify may modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to restrict or limit features as necessary to maintain service quality and security.
